Summer sunshine - Clearly Besotted stamps and dies

Good morning crafty friends,  today I am posting a tutorial on how to make a gorgeous summer sunshine topper using the stamps and dies from Clearly Besotted. This set is called Forgive me, which belies the versatility of these stamps. The sentiments are appropriate but you could use other sentiments from your stash. In this instance I have left this plain to put something in later. I have used AlteNew ink pads, they are great for layering, as the tones all match beautifully, but you could use your distress pads just as easily.

Here are the photo's as a step by step tutorial, if you have any questions please comment below, but hopefully it'll all be clear enough. Enjoy xxx

Warning, this is picture heavy !!

Rossella - First Card on the Craft Channel

I seem to have lost one of the cards I made on my first day on The Craft Channel so I thought I would share this before I lose this one too!
The lovely stamps are from Chocolate Baroque and Crafty Individuals.  I have stamped onto the backing paper and also onto parchment paper.  It was then embossed, coloured with pencils, fussy cut and attached. I love to mix parchment craft with other crafty disciplines.
I hope you like it! xx

Incoming Mail

Hello crafty friends, yay its the weekend, what are you up to?  I have just received some very exciting stamps and dies by Mama Elephant called Incoming Mail. They are as cute as a button!  I also got some new alcohol markers, I have loads but of course I needed to try these, they are called Finecolour, they are a whole lot cheaper than Promarkers but are very similar. Here is the finished card below but I have put the instructions of how I acheived it below... happy crafting.....

So I have prepared a 6.5" x 6.5" card base, and cut a blue mat 6 x 6. I then cut a piece of white linen card 5.75" x 5.75" and distressed it all over with squeezed lemonade, blueprint sketch and worn lipstick, I then spritzed this with water, left for 30 seconds and dabbed off the water drops with a clean cloth.

I stamped the panda, mail and mailbox onto stamping card, die cut with the matching dies and coloured in with my finecolour pens, then I stuck them to my card layer, with some gems to give some sparkle. I heat embossed the sentiment, using a woodware basic set, in blue pigment ink and clear embossing powder, mounted onto a red layer, and placed on my card like a stamp!  I liked that touch.

I hope you like it and have a go with this type of card yourself!

Not a bow in sight, I must be ill  !!
